The bespoke collection designed for Atlantis The Palm by Gonca Ünlü approaches uniform design not merely as corporate attire but as an extension of the architectural spirit of the space; inspired by the hotel’s iconic arches, golden opulence, and striking blue – amber palette, flowing silhouettes, asymmetric cuts, and metallic belt details balance luxury aesthetics with operational comfort, while at Nobu Beach a modern resort minimalism emerges, and at Ayamna the refined rhythm of Middle Eastern architecture meets contemporary tailoring transforming brand identity into a cohesive experiential uniform collection.

From Mythology to Architecture
While designing for Atlantis The Palm, I drew inspiration from the hotel’s oceanic mythology and its immersive underwater narrative. The scale like surface patterns reflect the layered texture of the sea, while shell inspired forms are reinterpreted through contemporary belt and accessory details. Deep cobalt and navy tones embody the mystery of the ocean, while gold accents reference the legendary opulence of the lost city of Atlantis. The cape silhouette evokes the fluid movement of waves, translating water into motion. Rather than replicating the architecture literally, I aimed to transform the mythical aura of Atlantis into a refined, powerful, and modern uniform language.
A Contemporary Interpretation of an Ocean Legend
In this collection, shell forms, pearl references, and scale motifs form the symbolic foundation of the design. The transition between terracotta and cobalt tones reflects the light shifts on the ocean’s surface at sunset, while metallic gold details symbolize the grandeur of the Atlantis legend. Gradient textures create a sense of depth, echoing the layers of the sea, while clean and structured silhouettes introduce a modern elegance. Rather than romanticizing mythology, I chose to reinterpret these references through a minimal and sophisticated aesthetic. For me, this design expresses a powerful yet graceful identity born from the ocean itself.
